Right click and select Run. contour stroke (Stroke Path).

A dialog box will appear. Select a brush and tick on Simulate pressure (Simulate Pressure).

Repeat these steps to create all the remaining petals, also circle the inside of the flower. Each petal should be on a separate layer. After that you can remove the layer with the flower.

Step 3

Hide all layers except the background and the first petal that you created in step 2.

Duplicate the petal layer (Ctrl +J) and move it above all layers. Further Filter> Stylize> Wind (Filter> Stylize> Wind).

Click Ctrl +F several times to increase the filter effect.

You can also add some details to make the picture better and more beautiful.

Set this layer overlay mode. Overlap (Overlay).

Step 5

Create another layer by placing it above all the others. We will add a glow to the image. Take a soft round white brush (brush) and draw a few points, changing the size of the brush.

Set this layer overlay mode. Overlap (Overlay).

Create a new layer by placing it above the rest. Add a little big white glow brush (brush) with an opacity of 20%. We have completed the lesson!
