Step thirty. In the palette Brushes (Brush palette), Window – Brushes(Window> Brush), select the option Form Dynamics (Shape Dynamics) and set the value Size fluctuations (Size Jitter) at 100%.

Next, select the option Scattering (Scattering), and set the value Scattering (Scatter) by 1000%.

Set the foreground color to white, and then start painting in the area where you want the star pattern effect to appear. In the screenshot you can see where I applied the brush:

Step 31 Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl + J or Layer – create duplicate layer (Layer> Duplicate Layer).

Let’s go Filter – Blur – Motion Blur (Filter> Blur> Motion Blur). Assign an angle of 45 °. To zoom out on the preview area, hold down the Alt + key and click on the preview area. Adjust the settings so that you get a blur in motion, as in the screenshot below. Click OK to apply the settings.

Let’s go Filter – Motion Blur (Filter> Motion Blur) or press Ctrl + F to repeat the filter action again.

Step 32 Select the second layer star filter, then we go Filter – Blur – Motion Blur (Filter> Blur> Motion Blur). We will apply the same settings, except for the angle value, which should be set to -45 °. Click OK to apply motion blur filter.

Let’s go Filter – Motion Blur (Filter> Motion Blur) or press Ctrl + F to repeat the filter action again.

Step 33 Hold the Ctrl + key and select two layers of star filters. Let’s go Layer – Merge Layers (Layer> Merge Layers).

Rename this layer to “Star Filter” and change the blending mode to Lightening (Screen).

Let’s go Filter – Sharpness – Contour Sharpness (Filter> Sharpen> Unsharp Mask). Set the value Effect (Amount) by 200%, then adjust Radius (Radius) to make your star filter effect look sharper, as in the screenshot below.

This is what the star filter image will look like.

Step 34 Next, we will add graphics radial waves. Let’s start by creating a new document. File – New (File> New) with a width and height of 10,000 px.

Step 35 Next, select the tool Rectangular area (Rectangular Marquee tool), in the top settings panel in the option Styles (Style) select Preset size (Fixed Size), apply the value widths (Width) 100%, and heights (Height) 500 px.

Create a selection at the top of the document; if the selection is not attached to the edge of the document, make sure that there is a check mark in front of the binding options. Preview – Snap and Preview – Snap to – Document Borders (View> Snap and View> Snap To> Document Bounds).

Create a new layer. Layer – New Layer (Layer> New Layer) or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N. Fill the selected area with black. This can be done through Editing – Fill (Edit> Fill), set the contents of the fill – black, then click OK. Deselect by pressing Ctrl + D or Allotment – Deselect selection (Select> Deselect).

Step 36 Let’s go Editing – Free Transformation (Edit> Free Transform). In the top settings panel, click The relative position of the center of the transformation (Use relative position for reference point), then set the Y axis to 1000 px. Press Enter to apply the set values.

Let’s go Editing – Step Back (Edit> Step Backwards) to undo the shift. Next, simultaneously press the keys Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T nine times. You will have an image like the screenshot below.

Step 37. Let’s go Filter – Distortion – Polar coordinates (Filter> Distort> Polar Coordinates). Set the mode Rectangular to Polar (Rectangular to Polar) and click OK to apply.

Next, go Selection – All (Select> All) to select the entire image, then go Editing – Copy (Edit> Copy). Switch to our original document and then go Editing – Paste (Edit> Paste). You can close the previous document without saving.

Step 38 To scale the image, go Editing – Transformation – Distortion (Edit> Transform> Skew). Hold the upper right square with the left mouse button and drag it to the left, as in the screenshot below. Do not press Enter yet.

Let’s go Editing – Transformation – Scaling (Edit> Transform> Scale). Hold the lower right square with the left mouse button and drag it to the lower right corner of our image.

Let’s go Editing – Transformation – Rotate (Edit> Transform> Rotate). We move the mouse cursor beyond the boundaries of the edited image and rotate it, as shown in the screenshot below. Click inside the borders of the edited image in order to shift the image.

Pull the squares of the radial waves to reduce the image.

Step 39. Place the layer with the radial waves below the layer with the girl. Decrease Opacity (Opacity) layer up to 50%.

Step 40 Let’s go Layer – Styles layer – Overlay gradient(Layer> Layer Style> Gradient Overlay). Select the Spectrum gradient, Angle (Angle) at 90 °, and Scale (Scale) 150%. Do not click OK yet.

In the window of our document, drag the gradient and set the color shades that you like. In the screenshot below, you can see how I set the gradient. Click OK to apply the settings.

Step 41 Add a layer mask to the current layer, let’s go Layer – Mask Layer – Show All (Layer> Layer Mask> Reveal All).

Choose a tool Gradient (Gradient tool), then, in the top toolbar, apply the following values, as in the screenshot below:

Draw a gradient from top to bottom.

Step 42 Rename the layer to “Radial Circles”.

Step 43 We are almost done! Now we will add star highlights on each side of the stereo headset. Start by creating a new layer, create a new layer. Layer – New Layer (Layer> New Layer) or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N. Name the new layer “Star Glare” Fill the selected area with black color. This can be done through Editing – Fill (Edit> Fill), set the contents of the fill – black, then click OK.

Let’s go FilterBlur – Blur by Gauss(Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur). Adjust Radius(Radius), so that the blue lines disappear.

Step 45. Next, go Editing – Free Transformation (Edit> Free Transform). In the settings in the top toolbar install height (height) by 10%. Press Enter to apply the transformation.

This is what the highlight will look like at the moment.

Go again Editing – Free Transformation (Edit> Free Transform) and set the rotation angle to 30 °. Press Enter to apply the transformation.

Your highlight will turn as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 46. In the layers palette, change the blending mode of the current layer to Lightening (Screen).
