In this Photoshop tutorial we will draw a bear for the logo.
Create a new document.
Via ellipse tool
draw a circle of dark gray.
Using pen tool – Pen 
draw a white shape as shown below:
Adjusting the nodes we get the shape of the future face of a bear.
Using again pen tool draw a shape (color # AAA596) similar to the one shown below:
Working with nodes, we get something like this:
Via ellipse tool we draw the right eye.
Further using pen tool we draw the left eye.
Using ellipse tool and pen tool draw the nose and mouth of the bear:
Finishing some more figures (color # 8C7E64) we get the final result:
