See what we will strive for:
Start by creating a new document.
Use the tool , to draw a black rectangle as shown below.
Rasterize the layer with the rectangle (Layer – Rasterize – Shape).
Click Ctrl + T, right-click on the frame and select the command Warp (Deformation).
Set the following settings:
Click again Ctrl + T and select Skew (Incline).
The result is:
Double click on the black shape layer in the layers palette.
In the Layer Style window, apply the following styles:
Here’s what the result:
Hold key Ctrl and click on the layer in the layers palette, a selection will appear.
Choose a tool , hold the key Alt and make a selection in the subtraction mode of the selected area.
Click Ctrl + N to create a new layer.
Choose a tool , set the same brush with the settings as in the screenshot. Swipe it around the highlighted area.
Reduce transparency to 15%
Again, Ctrl + click on the layer with a sheet to make a selection appear.
Via leave the highlighted strip on the right side.
Create a new layer.
Set the same gradient.
Swipe in the same direction as shown in the screenshot:
Transparency = 40%.
Make a copy of the sheet and reflect it horizontally.
Now you can write something on this old book, for example, your own poems.
