Glowing jars

In this lesson we will learn how to draw beautiful glowing jars.

Step 1. Create a new document in size. 400x450 and resolution 72

Step 2. Fill the background with black color (000000), create a can outline with a tool Pen (Pen tool) with contour mode, Right-click on the contour and select To form a selected area (Make Selection)

Step 3. In the window that appears, we set the following settings:
The shading radius is 0 pixels, the check mark is opposite the Smoothing

Step 4. Now your image should look like the image below. Create a new layer

Step 5. Fill the selection with color #eba703. Create a selection as shown below using the tool. Oval selection(Elliptical Marquee Tool)

Step 6. Choosing a tool Dimmer (Burn Tool) and darken the area that is in the selection, the lower part is darkened slightly stronger than the top, then move the selection below and darken the lower part, now press Ctrl+Shift+I To invert the selection and create dark places on the jar.

Step 7. Change the blending mode to Linear light (Linear Light)

Step 8. Now your image should look something like the image below.

Step 9. Create a new layer using the tool Pen with mode contours (Pen Tool) create a selection, which we will turn into a cover

Step 10. Fill the selection with color # 282829, choose a tool Clarifier (Dodge Tool) and clarify some parts so that the cover has acquired volume.

Step 11. Create a new layer, select the tool. Oval selection (Elliptical Marquee Tool) and create a selection as shown below.

Step 12. Fill the selection with color #282829. Tool Clarifier (Dodge Tool) lighten some parts, as shown in the image below.

Step 13. Choose brush 3 pixels in size and 100% Hardness, create a new layer, create a contour, as shown in the figure, right-click on the contour and select Run (Stroke Path).

Step 14. In the window that appears, we set the following settings:

Step 15. You should have something like the image below.

Step 16. Now create another contour with the tool. Pen (Pen Tool), right-click and select Perform a stroke (Stroke Path). Parameters are the same as in step 14

Step 17. Using the Brush tool (Brush) paint on more strips, as shown in the figure below.

Step 18. Now press the button Create a new group, and move all layers to the created group, except the jar layer.

Step nineteen. Copy the group and move it above the previous one, then using Freetransformations(Ctrl + T) reduce it.

Step 20. Create a new layer, it should be under other layers. Create a selection of the second jar with the tool Pen (Pen Tool).

Step 21 Fill the selection with color # 6dd0f7. You should look like the image below.

Step 22 Create a new layer and using the tool Lasso (Lasso Tool) create a selection like in the image below.

Step 23 fill the selection with color #ff0000 Create another smaller selection and fill it with color. #fff568.

Step 24. Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur) The radius (Radius) is set to 23.3 pixels.

Step 25. The first jar is ready. And try to finish the second jar yourself.
