Nail polish

In this lesson I will tell you about how to create an image of a realistic bubble of nail polish and emblems to it.

Step 1. To get started, open a new document sized 400 × 400 pix., resolution 72p. / inch. RGB color model.

Step 2. Now create a new layer and draw the following shape on it with the tool Pen Pen tool. As soon as you finish drawing with a pen and close the contourp, click inside it with the right mouse button and select – Make selection(Form a selected area).

Step 3. In the graph Make Selection
indicate Feather radius (radius of feathering) 0 pixels. In the graph “Operation” check the box “New selected area” and talk “Yes”. Your image will become the same as shown in the image below.

Step 4. Now we fill the selected area with color. Open the color palette and enter the color indicator ec1b42. Then choose the tool Burn tool “Dimmer” and create a hatch like the one shown below.

Step 5. Now choose the tool Dodge tool “Clarifier” and bring to the fore some parts of our drawing.

Step 6. Then we create the final shading using the tools. Burn Dodge tool“Brightener and dimmer”.

Step 7. Now create the next selection with the tool. Pen Tool“Pen”.

Step 8. Now create a new layer, fill the selection with the same color and highlight some parts with the tool. Dodge tool “Clarifier”.

Step 9. Create a small shading using the tool. Burn tool“Dimmer”, similar to the one shown below:

Step 10. Create a new layer and draw the upper part of the vial of nail polish tool. Pen Tool“Pen”, then from the drawn closed contour we create the selected area.

Step 11. After that fill the selected area with color. 414141, and then create a shadow shading in the center of the bottle cap using a tool Burn tool “Dimmer”.

Step 12. Choosing a tool Dodge tool “Clarifier” and set the brush size to 4 pixels. Now choose the tool Pen Tool “Pen”, and on the lacquer bottle cap, draw a vertical straight line (to make the line really smooth, click the left mouse button once at the top of the cap and hold down the key <Shift>, click the same left mouse button at the end of the cap. The line will be perfectly flat). Now on the drawn line with the tool Pen Tool “Pen” Click the right mouse button to select the context menu. Click on the item Stroke path “Outline the contour”.

Step 13. As a result, a window will open. Stroke path “Outline the contour”, where you select the item Dodge tool “Clarifier”.

Step 14. After these actions, your image should look like the one below. (You can delete an unnecessary contour by going to the palette “Contours”, clicking the left mouse button on the line with your outline and drag it to the basket or press the key <Delete>).

Step 15. Now create a new layer and draw outlines with the tool. Pen Tool “Pen”. To draw the outlines smoothly, hold down <Shift>. When the contours are closed, create a selection of them.

Step 16. Fill in color 030303 selected areas and, instrument Dodge tool “Clarifier”, Visually highlight some details as shown in the figure.

Step 17. Now create a new layer and draw a selection on it using the tool Elliptical Marquee Tool“Oval selection area”.

Step 18. Now fill this selection with a color value c2c2c1 and create a little shadow with the tool Burn tool “Dimmer”. On the same layer create a new oval selection using the tool EllipticalMarquee tool“Ovalselection area “.

Step 19. Fill the selection with color 000000.

Step 20. Tool Text tool “Text” We create an inscription on a bottle with a varnish, the same as shown in the figure, or we write something of our own.

Step 21 Create a new layer and draw a selection with the tool. Pen Tool “Pen”, such as shown.

Step 22 Fill this selection with a color fffffa, and choose a tool Erase tool“Eraser” with the following values:

Step 23 Now erase some parts with the tool. Erase tool“Eraser”. Your image will look like what is shown in the image below:

Step 24 Now go to the menu Filter>Blur>GaussianBlur (Filter – Blur-Blur according to Gauss and use the following parameters:

Step 25. As a result, your image will become as shown in the figure.
