We draw media player in Photoshop

This tutorial will show you how to create a beautiful media player using Adobe Photoshop CS3 tools.
For clarity, we all show you.

To get started, create a new document, File – New (File – New), width and height 478×600 pix resolution 72.

Choose a tool Rectangle Tool (U) (Rectangle tool), Layer Shape mode, to draw a back view, drag a rectangle over the entire document.

Use the following parameters for the created layer. To do this, double-click on the layer in the Layers Palette to open the Layer Style window.

Drag the image into our document on top of the gradient layer.

Apply the following parameters to it: Fill (Fill) 55%, Blending mode – Soft Light (Blend Mode – Soft Light)

First we draw the first layer and the main screen of our media player, to do this, select Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (Tool “Rectangle with rounded corners”) with a radius of 5 pixels.

Next, using Custom shape tool (U) (Arbitrary tool), draw two small arrows, in the standard set you can find it under the name “Arrow 2”, color # 313540

Write the necessary words on the media player panel, use the parameters of the Symbol palette below:
Colour # 505559

Add the system window control buttons in the upper right corner, see the text parameters below:

Next, draw the media player control panel, it will be located below the main screen. Select Rounded rectangle tool (U) (Tool “Rounded Rectangle”) with a radius of 5 pixels and drag the shape to the desired width.

Make a copy of the upper part (the figure we made as a header for the main screen of the player) of the media player. Using the tool Free transform drag a copy to the “control panel” that we just created.

Also make copies of the arrows and drag them to the control panel as shown below:

Use the tools for the next step. Rectangle tool (U) (Rectangle tool) and Pen tool (P) (Pen tool) to draw a shape for opening a file. Colour # 1D2331

Create a button to close the panel. Colour # 2a3646

Using Pen Tool (P) (Pen tool) draw volume control.

Gradient Settings:

Select Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (Tool “Rectangle with rounded corners”), radius 5 pixels, draw a button on the control panel.

Make the required number of copies of the button and arrange them as shown in the picture below:

Select Pen Tool (P) (Pen tool) and Rectangle Tool (U) (Tool “Rectangle”), draw control symbols on the buttons of the media player.

For layers with characters, apply the following parameters: Fill (Fill) 0%
Blending Options – Inner Shadow (Overlay options – Inner shadow)

Make inscriptions in front of the volume control, use the settings as shown below:

Now we will draw the “Playlist” window, place it under the control panel, using Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (Tool “Rectangle with rounded corners”), radius 5 pixels, stretch the shape.

Via Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (Tool “Rectangle with rounded corners”), radius 5 pixels, draw a zone for the playlist.

Layer Options: Blending Options – Stroke (Overlay Options – Stroke) Stroke Color # 2c3546

Make a copy of the cap layer of the main screen of our media player.

Create a new layer above the made copy, select both layers on the layers panel, then press the key combination CTRL + E. Using the tool Free transform drag a new layer to the bottom and on top of the playlist, just reflect the shape vertically Editing – Transform – Flip Vertically.

Make a copy of the arrows again and drag it to the new location:

Using the tool, draw buttons to scroll through the list. Colour # 36373C

Make a copy of the button to close the panel and drag it to the playlist panel:

Write file names and their duration. For the first (movie 01) use the first settings. Colour # 52a1f0

For others:
Colour # 4d565d

Finally write the name of the playlist panel, use the following settings:
Colour # 4e5e78

And my option:
