Preview of the total lesson:

Let’s start work with finding photos of the model, I used the photo from the deviantart website.

Next we need to create a pattern. Create a new file File> New (File> New) 69px 69px (RGB color mode) with a resolution of 100 pixels / inch and apply the tool Ellipse tool (Ellipse) (U) to draw three ellipses. The pattern has no background.

InstallFill (Fill) 0% for this layer and click the button Add a layer style (Add layer style) at the bottom of the panel Layers (Layers) select Stroke (Run a stroke).

We get the following result:

Using the same tool, draw the following ellipse:

InstallFill (Fill) 0% for this layer and go to Layer Style> Stroke (Layer Style> Run Stroke):

We will have the following effect:

Keep working using the Tool Ellipse tool (Ellipse) (U) to create the next ellipse:

Install Fill (Fill) 0% for this layer and click the button Add a layer style (Add layer style) at the bottom of the panel Layers (Layers) select Stroke (Run a stroke).

We will have this pattern:

Connect all the ellipses in one layer. To do this, click CTRL, select layers in the layers panel and click CTRL + E, to merge with the bottom (merge down).
Select Edit> Define Pattern (Edit> Define Pattern). Enter a name for the pattern.

Go back to the document with the girl and create a new layer. Select Edit> Fill (Edit> Fill) to fill the new layer. In the Fill dialog box, select the last pattern created from the pop-up panel and click OK.

Install Fill (Fill) 30% for this layer in the layers panel. Using the Tool Eraser tool (Eraser) (E), try to erase the areas on the face, as in the following picture:

Change Overlay options for this layer on Overlay (Overlap).

Now we need a photo with an electric guitar:

Remove the background using your favorite tools, such as Pen tool (feather) (P), Magic wand tool (Magic Wand) (W), Magnetic lasso (Magnetic Lasso) (L) or even just Filter> Extract (Filter> Eject) and paste the resulting to a new layer in our main document. You can fix the location and size with Free transform (Free Transform) (Ctrl + T).

Staying on this layer, click on the icon Add layer mask (Add layer mask) at the bottom of the panel Layers (Layers), select a soft round black brush with 50% opacity (Opacity 50%).

Use this brush on the mask to hide the guitar in the same way as in the image below:

Make a copy of the guitar layer and select the instrument. Free transform (Free Transform) (Ctrl + T) to place a copy, as in the following image:

Then we have to add a layer mask to the copy as we did with the first guitar. Select a soft round black brush Opacity 50% (opacity 50%) to hide the guitar as shown below:

Change Blending mode (Overlay settings) on Screen (Lightening) for both layers with a guitar.

Create a new layer and select round soft. brush white color.

Use this brush to paint a lot of luminous spots of various diameters:

Add Layer Style Outer glow (External glow).

We have the following result:

Select Tool again Ellipse tool (Ellipse) (u) to add a small ellipse:

Press the button Add a layer style (Add layer style) layer style icon at the bottom of the panel Layers (Layers) select Inner shadow (Inner shadow).

Add a Gradient overlay (Gradient Overlay).

Click on the color bar to open the Gradient Editor and set the colors as shown. Click OK.

Our ellipse will have the following effect.

Make two copies of the layer containing the red ball:

Then create another new layer and use a hard mechanical brush.
Translator’s Note: ordinary hard brush.

Use this brush to add color on the lips of the girl and on the nail:

Set the blending mode for this layer. Darkening basics (Color Burn).

Now select the tool Elliptical Marquee Tool (M) (Oval area) to make the next selection on a new layer.

Now right click on this selection and select Stroke (Run a stroke).

We got the following result:

Using Free transform (Ctrl + T) (Free Transform) on the same layer, move the ellipse to the lower right corner of the picture.

Now take the tool Eraser tool (E) (Eraser) to erase line segments of the circle at equal intervals.

On the next new layer (Create a new layer) we need to choose a Solid Round brush and Soft Mechanical. brush white color.

Use these brushes to paint many small dots of various diameters:

Now we will create another pattern. Create a new file (File> New) (File> New) with a size of 80px 80px (RGB color mode) with a resolution of 100 pixels / inch and select the tool Rectangle tool (U) (Rectangle) to insert four black lines, tilt them slightly using Free transform (Ctrl + T) (Free Transform).

Then merge all the lines into one layer using the button CTRL , to select the layers in the Layers group and press CTRL + E at the end to merge with the bottom layer. Then select Edit> Define Pattern (Edit> Define Pattern). Enter a name for the pattern in the dialog box. Pattern Name (Pattern name).

Go back to the document with the girl, create a new layer, and select Edit> Fill (Edit> Fill). In the Fill dialog box, select the created sample and click OK

Install Fill (Fill) 30% for this layer, and change the blending mode to Overlay (Overlap).

Create a new layer and, applying the method we used earlier on it, create another interrupted circle.

Install Fill (Fill) 38% for this layer.

Take Ellipse tool (U) (Ellipse Tool) to draw a small white ellipse.

Make three copies of the layer containing the ellipse, and then select Free transform (Ctrl + T) (Free Transform) to place copies as in the image below:

Set a fill of 10% for layers containing white ellipses:
