Create a new document with a size of 500? 700 pxls. Fill the background with black # 000000.

Step 1. Create a new layer and call it Flare. Fill this layer with black # 000000. Selecting the layer go to the menu Filter> Render> LensFlare (Filter> Rendering> Blick). Choose 105mmPrime and set the value Brightness (Brightness) at 120. Set the center of the flash to the center of the preview window.

Then go to the menu Image> Adjustments> Hue / Saturation (Image> Correction> Hue / Saturation). Check the box next to Colorize (Toning). Set the values Hue (Color tone) 30,

Step 2. Duplicate the Flare layer. Rename the duplicated layer to Wave. Selecting the layer go to the menu Filter> Liquify (Filter> Plastic). Choose a tool TwirlClockwise (Twist) and apply the settings as shown in the image below (brushsize (brush size) 200, brushdensity (brush hardness) 50, brushpressure (brush pressure) 50). Step 4. Select the layer of Burst (Explosion), go to the menu Filter> Liquify (Filter> Plastic). Step 5. Go to the menu Filter> Blur> RadialBlur (Filter> Blur> Radial Blur). Install method (method) on zoom (increase) and quality (quality) on good (good).

Go to the panel Paths (Outlines), highlight the outline you drew and click LoadPath (load contour). Go to menu Select> Modify> Feather (Highlight> Modify> Feather (Refine Edge)). Set the Radius to 20 px. Now let’s go back to the layers panel, select the Powerball folder (Energy Ball) and click on the “Add layer mask” button.

Step 11. Create a new layer and call it Glow. Using the Brush tool (Brush), select the mode Airbrush (Airbrush), color # D18803 and size 200 px. Draw a big dot on the energy ball. Change blendmode (blend mode) of the Glow layer on Multiply (multiplication)

Step 12. Download images of dragons. Put a few dragons in the background. Go to menu Image> Adjustments> Hue / Saturation (Image> Correction> Hue / Saturation). Adjust the colors of the dragons so that they fit the image in color. Go to the menu Filter> Blur> GaussianBlur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur). Set the blur for dragons to 4 px. Select a layer with a man, go to the menu Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen (Filter> Sharpness> Sharpness). This action allows us to better visually separate the background from the front.

Step 13. We are almost done. Now create adjustment layer (adjustment layer) Levels (levels) and select values 21, 0.96, 231. Then create a correction layer. Hue / Saturation (Hue / Saturation) and set the value Saturation (Saturation) on 15.
