Glowing Semaphore Effect

In this tutorial, we will learn to create amazing wallpapers with “magic” color effects using simple techniques.

Create a new document sized 1280? 1024 pixels, 72 dpi. Use the tool Paint bucket tool (Fill) (G) And fill the layer with black.

Then we have to choose Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (Rounded rectangle) with a radius of 10 pixels and make the basis for our colored lights that make up our picture. The color in this case is black.

Apply the following blending modes:
Blending Options> Drop Shadow (Shadow)

Blending Options> Inner Glow (Internal glow)

Use the tool now Ellipse tool (Oval figure) (U) And draw the first light.

Make three copies of the last layer, and place them as shown in the following image. We must also apply the following blending modes for each layer.

Parameters for Red lights:
Blending Options> Outer Glow (External glow)

Blending Options> Gradient Overlay (Gradient overlay)

Parameters Orange lights:
Blending Options> Outer Glow (External glow)

Blending Options> Gradient Overlay (Gradient overlay)

Parameters for Light green lights:
Blending Options> Outer Glow (External glow)

Blending Options> Gradient Overlay (Gradient overlay)

Parameters for Blue lights:
Blending Options> Outer Glow (External glow)

Blending Options> Gradient Overlay (Gradient overlay)

In the next step, we will create a new layer. (Create new layer) (Ctrl +Shift +N) and select Paint bucket tool (G) (Fill) and fill the new layer with black. Select after this Brush tool (B) (Brush) for a colored glow emanating from the lights. This layer must be placed lower than the layers containing the colored lights (on the layers panel).

Select the following parameter for the last layer created:
Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur)

Create another new layer and select Paint bucket tool (G) (Fill)and fill it with black again. . This layer should be placed lower than the layers containing the colored lights (on the layers panel). Use after this Eraser Tool (E) (Eraser) 20% opacity to remove items as shown below to get the same result:
