In this lesson, playing with textures, we will create an interesting photo effect, the final of which can be a frame for a photo.
Create a new document of the size you need and open the photo of your model (the number of photos at your discretion):
First you need to discolor photos by clicking Ctrl + Shift +U, and place them on a new document like this:
Use this texture for the background. Add a layer mask
.
After making sure that the mask is active, use Eraser 
(E), to hide unwanted areas).
The result should be as shown below. Layer blend mode set to Glow (Luminosity).

Add the following texture. Add a mask to the texture layer. and using Eraser (E), repeat the procedure. Blend mode Lighten. Intermediate result:

Another texture. Add a mask to the texture layer. and using Eraser (E), repeat the procedure. Blend mode Lighten. Intermediate result:

Using the following texture, we repeat the algorithm already known to us. Blend mode Lighten (Screen).

Make active Layer 2 (Layer 2) (for this example, this is layer 2, you may have another layer name) change the layer blending to Spot light (Pin Light), but Opacity (opacity) on 15%.
Create a new layer, take a thin hard brush 
black and make an example frame as shown below (30% layer opacity).
Add any elements that would decorate your picture.
