one. Start by creating a new document, then select “Rounded Rectangle Tool ( U) “(radius of rounding 50 px) and make the shape like the bottom.

2 Now it needs to be transformed. To do this, select “Direct Selection Tool, click on the form (6 dots will appear), then click on the left upper point to get the situation as in the bottom figure. Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, move the selected point to the left 9 times (see picture below).
Do this operation for all 4 similar points.

3 You need to create a few more points, for this select “Add Anchor Point Tool and place them in the middle of all 4 sides. Move these points as shown below.

four. Right-click on the shape layer in the layers panel and select Layer> Layer Style> Blending Options (Layer – Layer Style – Blending Options)
Adjust the following layer styles:

Inner shadow

External glow:

Embossing / volume:

Color overlay:

Gradient overlay:

You should get this result:

five. Select again (radius 40 px) and draw a new shape
gray #484747.

6 Right-click on the gray shape layer in the layers panel and select Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options (Layer – Layer Style – Blending Options)
Adjust the following layer styles:

Shadow:

Internal luminescence:

Stroke:

Here is the result:

7 Again take (radius 15 px) and draw
shape like bottom. Make sure the foreground color is # 636363.

eight. Right-click on the layer with the new shape in the layers panel and select Layer>Layer Style>Blending Options (Layer – Layer Style – Blending Options)

Adjust the following layer styles:

Shadow:

Internal luminescence:

Stroke:

Here is the result:

9. Again take (radius 15 px) and draw a new shape
light gray #D5D5D6.

ten. Right-click on the layer with the last shape in the layers panel and select “Blending options“(Overlay Settings)
Adjust the following layer styles:

Shadow:

External glow:

Internal luminescence:

You should get this result:

eleven.It remains only to add a highlight and the necessary text.
To create a highlight, create a new white shape; reduce
opacity (Opacitya layer, then using the tool Oval area, select a part of the new form and click “Delete“. Layout the text layer below the layer with a highlight. Here is the final look of your button:
