Create a 3D effect site layout in Photoshop

In this lesson you will learn how to create a site layout with a 3D effect using simple techniques.

Final result:

To begin with, create a new document 1100x1177px and fill the background with the color # 333333.

Make sure the background layer is selected, go to the menu Filter> Noise> Add Noise (Filter> Noise> Add Noise) and use the following parameters.

Using tool Rectangle (Rectangle Tool) Draw a shape in the center of the template using the color # 7f7f7f.

Then apply Noise filter.

Take the tool Line (Line Tool) and add vertical lines as shown in the screenshot below.

Select all the layers with vertical lines and press CTRL + E to merge them into one layer. Now you need to change the perspective of the lines, to do this, go to the menu Editing> Transforming> Perspective (Edit> Transform> Perspective).

Tool Rectangle (Rectangle Tool) create a website header.

I used the following layer styles to create a shadow under the header:

Duplicate the cap layer and apply Noise filter (Filter> Noise> Add Noise (Filter> Noise> Add noise).

Tool Line (Line Tool) add a line thickness of 6px.

For this line, I added the layer styles shown in the screenshot below. Save these styles because we will use them in the future.

Tool Line (Line Tool) add 1 pixel line, as in the screenshot below.

Now we will create a slide show. To do this, take the tool Rounded Rectangle (Rounded Rectangle Tool), set the radius to 10px, and create a shape, as in the screenshot below.

Then go to menu Editing> Transform> Warp (Edit> Transform> Warp) and use the parameters shown below.

Your slideshow should now look something like this:

Now create a smaller rectangle and place it in the center of the previous one. Apply layer styles to it that I told you to keep.

Take the tool Ellipse (Ellipse Tool) and create a shape. Transform this shape to make something like this:

To make a figure realistic shadow, you need to go to the menu Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur).

Then create a rectangle.

Apply the Noise filter to this shape and draw two 1 pixel lines above it. Also add style Shadow (Drop shadow).

Tool Rounded Rectangle (Rounded Rectangle Tool) create a green button.

Under the button layer, create a new layer and tool. Brush (Brush tool), white color, add some highlights.

Then add a shadow under the button using the technique we used in the slideshow.

Now we will make the shadow a little more interesting. Go to menu Editing> Transform> Warp (Edit> Transform> Warp) and use the following parameters:

Now, your button should look like this:

Create a new layer and tool Brush (Brush Tool) Add a highlight in the center of the button.

Tool Line (Line tool) draw a white line, as in the screenshot below.

Rasterize line and tool layer Eraser (Eraser Tool), with soft edges, remove the right and left side of the line.

Duplicate the button several times and place them as follows:

Now you need to create a background for the content. Take the tool Rounded Rectangle (Rounded Rectangle Tool) and create a shape.

Apply a filter to this rectangle. Noise and add the layer styles listed below.

Tool Brush (Brush Tool) Add a highlight in the upper left corner.

Then fill this area with some content. Below you can see what happened with me.

Create a footer using the same technique as when creating a site header.
Add your copyright to the left of the footer.

In the right side, add social icons.

Tool Text (Type Tool) write the name of the site and the slogan.

Then take the tool Ellipse (Ellipse Tool) and draw a shape like in the screenshot below.

Apply filter Gaussian blur (Gaussian Blur) and remove the left side of the figure.

Choose a tool Rounded Rectangle (Rounded Rectangle Tool) and create a rectangle. Delete the left side of the rectangle. Tool Text (Type Tool) write the text: “Hire Us – We are available for work”.

In the same way, create a search field on the right side of the header.

Fill the slideshow with some images and text. It is not so difficult, so I will not explain how to do it.
