Step 1

Open Photoshop, create a new document with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N. Enter the data as in the screenshot below and click OK.

Next you need to turn on the grid: Picture (View) – Show (Show) – Grid (Grid). First we need a 5px grid, for this we go to the menu Editing (Edit) – Installations (Preferences) – Guides, mesh and fragments (Guides, Grid Slices) and enter the following values ​​for the position Line every (Gridline Every) 5pix., Internal division by (Subdivision) one. Click OK. Do not be discouraged if the grid seems inconvenient to you, in the future it will facilitate our work.

You also need to open the panel Info (Info) through the menu Window (Window) for easy viewing of the sizes and positions of our figures.

Step 2

Set foreground color to # f2c366, select instrument Rectangle (Rectangle Tool) and draw a shape with dimensions 80×40 pixels. Choosing a tool Arrow (Direct Selection Tool) drag the lower nodes of the rectangle 10 pixels. left and 10 pixels. to the right. Using the function Snap to Grid (Snap to Grid) it will be easy for you to do this. You should have this trapezoid.

Note of translator: This feature is enabled in the View menu (Snap) – Snap To – Grid Lines.

Making sure that you are on the trapezoid layer, go to the menu Editing (Edit) – Transformation (Transform) – Deformation (Warp). In the deformation control panel in the drop-down menu, select Convex (Bulge), Bend (Bend) set equal -15%, Click once on the Orientation icon. We press Enter. You should have a bend on the sides of the trapezoid, as in my second image.

Step 4

While still on the layer with the figure, we continue to edit it. Go to the menu again Editing (Edit) – Transformation (Transform) – Deformation (Warp). This time, select the item in the dropdown menu. Arc below (Arc Lower), Bend (Bend) Expose 25%. Push Enter. You should have this:

We continue to edit our figure. Use the tool Pen (Pen Tool), in the tool control panel, set the parameter Subtract front figure (Subtract from Front Shape) by clicking on the icon marked in blue on my screenshot.

Draw a few triangles like in my picture, again the function Snap to Grid (Snap to Grid) should ease your work.

Step 6

Double click on the layer with the figure open the menu Layer style (Layer Style). We set the following parameters: Inner shadow (Inner Shadow), Internalglow (Inner Glow) and Overlaygradient (Gradient Overlay). The white numbers on the gradient are the Positions of the gradient points.

Step 7

Set the foreground color to black and select the tool. Rectangle (Rectangle Tool). Draw two 5×65 pixel rectangles. and three 10×65 pixels rectangles, place them as shown in the figure.

With the Shift key held down, select all layers with black rectangles, right-click with the mouse, select the item in the drop-down menu Combine shapes (Merge Shapes). So we transform the layers with rectangles into one shape.

Step 8

Being on a layer with black rectangles, go to the menu Editing (Edit) – Transformation (Transform) – Perspective (Perspective). Drag the bottom right node to the right by 30 pixels., Click Enter. You should have this:

We continue to edit the layer with black rectangles. Go to the menu Editing (Edit) – Transformation (Transform) – Deformation (Warp), in the drop-down menu, select Convex (Bulge), Bend (Bend) Expose -60%, click once on the Orientation icon, click Enter. With the CTRL key held down, click on the bottom layer with the brush bristle shape on the layers panel to load the selection, as shown in the first picture. Then go to the layer with black lines and click on the icon Add layer mask (Add layer mask) at the bottom of the layers panel (in my drawing this button is circled in blue). Remove selection with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + D.

Being on a layer with black stripes, change this layer Modeoverlay (Blending mode) on Overlap (Overlay), reduce Opacity (Opacity) to 20%.

For the next steps, we need a 2px grid. Go to the menu Editing (Edit) – Installations (Preferences) – Guides, mesh and fragments (Guides, Grid Slices) and enter the following values ​​for the position Line every (Gridline Every) 2pix. Click OK.

Choosing a tool Rounded Rectangle (Rounded Rectangle Tool), set the value Radius (Radius) in 3px, rectangle sizes 84×10 pixels. Place a rectangle with rounded corners as in my picture. Apply to this layer the following Styleslayer (Layer Style):

Duplicate the layer with a rounded rectangle with the Ctrl + J keys, right-click on the duplicate layer on the layers panel, select the item in the drop-down menu Clear layer style (Clear Layer Style). Reduce the duplicated layer parameter Fillings (Fill) to 0% and apply the following layer styles to it:

For further work, we will need a grid of 5 pixels. To do this, go to the menu again. Editing (Edit) – Installations (Preferences) – Guides, mesh and fragments (Guides, Grid Slices) and enter the following values ​​for the position Line every (Gridline Every) 5pix., Click OK.
Using the tool Rectangle (Rectangle Tool) draw a rectangle with dimensions 80×20 pixels, place it as shown in the picture. Being on a layer with a green rectangle open the panel Properties (Properties panel) through Window (Window) – Properties (Properties). Enter 10px in each of the cells marked by me in the picture with blue circles. As a result, your figure should look like the one shown in the figure.

Decrease the parameter Fill (Fill) the resulting layer with the smart object to 0%. Double click on the layer in the layers panel to open the settings menu.
