Step 1

Create a new document in Photoshop (Ctrl + N) with the parameters shown in the screenshot below. Turn on the grid through the menu View> Show> Grid (View> Show> Grid) and link to it (View> Snap to> Grid) (View> Snap To> Grid). First we need a grid in increments of 5 pixels. Go to menu Editing> Settings> Guides, Grids and Fragments (Edit> Preferences> Guides, Grid Slices). In field Line every (Gridline Every) enter a value of 5 pixels, and in the field Internal division by (Subdivision) – number 1. The color of the grid is # 828282. To quickly turn the grid on and off, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + “.

You will also need a panel. Info (Window> Info) (Window> Info).

Step 2

On the toolbar, set the color to # 426DAC. Choose a tool Rounded Rectangle and on the top panel, set a radius of 25 pixels. Create a shape of 150×50 pixels.

Step 3

Download the Dark Gray Flecks pattern set and apply the style. Pattern overlay (Pattern Overlay):

Stroke (Stroke): Position – Outside, Mode – Normal, Stroke Type – Color, Color – # 002469.

Inner shadow (Inner Shadow): Mode – Soft light, Color – white.

Internal glow (Inner Glow): Mode – Soft light, Color – black.

Gradient overlay (Gradient Overlay): Mode – Overlap, Style – Linear, Gradient – from black to white.

Pattern overlay (Pattern Overlay): Mode – Soft light.

Step 4

Create a copy of the layer with the shape (Ctrl + J), right-click on it and select the item Clear layer style (Clear Layer Style). Reduce the copy’s fill to 0% and apply the style. Gradient overlay (Gradient Overlay): Mode – Soft light, Style – Linear.

Step 5

Create a copy of the layer you just worked on. (Ctrl + J). Remove styles from it and reduce fill to 0%. Apply a gradient overlay style.

Step 6

Reduce the distance between the grid lines to 1 pixel. Create rounded rectangle color # 234474 with a radius of 2 pixels. The size of the figure is 64×34 pixels.

Step 7

Apply the following styles:

Inner shadow (Inner Shadow): Mode – Soft light.

Internal section (Inner Glow): Mode – Soft light, Method – Soft.

Gradient overlay (Gradient Overlay): Mode – Soft light, Style – Linear, Gradient – #ffffff – # c0c0c0 – #ffffff.

Casting a shadow (Drop Shadow): Mode – Overlap.

Step 8

Create white rounded rectangle with a radius of 2 pixels of size 54×26 pixels. Place it inside the previous rectangle.

Step 9

Choose a tool Add anchor point (Add Anchor Point) and add two anchor points to the midpoints of the sides. Then select the tool Arrow (Direct Selection Tool), select one midpoint on the right side and move it to the right by 1 pixel. Do the same for the left anchor point.

Step 10

For the white shape, apply the following styles:

Gradient overlay (Gradient Overlay): # 484848 – # f7f7f7 – # 484848.

External glow (Outer Glow): Mode – Soft light.

Casting a shadow (Drop Shadow):

Step 11

From the icon set, take the Facebook icon and paste the letter f into our document on top of the light area.

Step 12

Tool Ellipse (Ellipse Tool) (U) create a black circle with a diameter of 7 pixels. Create two copies of the circle and arrange them as shown in the screenshots.

Step 13

Choose a tool Line (Line Tool) (U) and set the thickness to 2 pixels. Connect the middle of the black circles with a line. All circles and lines merge into one layer (Ctrl + E).

Step 14

Reduce the layer’s fill to 5% and apply the styles shown below.

Inner shadow (Inner Shadow): Mode – Soft light.

Internal glow (Inner Glow): Mode – Soft light.

External glow (Outer Glow): Mode – Soft light, Method – Soft.

Casting a shadow (Drop Shadow): Mode – Soft light.

Step 15

Create black rounded rectangle 130×20 pixels with a radius of 10 pixels. Place it on top of our icon.

Step 16

Transform the black shape into a smart object and apply a filter Gaussian blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur) (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur) with a value of 10 pixels. Reduce the fill of the layer to 40% and send it to the back (Ctrl + Shift + [).

Step 17

To create other social service buttons, you just need to duplicate the layers and change the color. The screenshot below shows how to change the color, stroke and frame created in steps 2, 3 and 6.
