The final result:

Step 1

Create a new document 600 x 430 px, then go View – Show – Grid (View> Show> Grid) to activate the grid, and then go Preview – Snap To – Grid Lines (View> Snap To> Grid) to snap to the grid. Press the keys (Ctrl + K) to bring up the window Installations (Preferences), then select the setting Guides, mesh, etc. (Guides, Grid Slices) and set the settings that are shown in the screenshot below. During the whole lesson, I will turn off the grid visibility (Ctrl + ‘) so that you can see better. The grid will facilitate your work when creating shapes.

Step 2

Set the foreground color to # 05649C.

Choose a tool Rounded Rectangle (Rounded Rectangle Tool), in the settings panel of this tool set Radius (Radius) at 10 px.

Draw a vector shape with the following dimensions 468 x 300 px.

Step 3

Double click on the layer with the drawn vector shape to apply the layer styles shown in the screenshots below.

Step 4

Change the foreground color to #FFFFFF, and then select the tool Rectangle (Rectangle Tool). Draw a vector shape with the following dimensions 468 x 1 px. Position the rectangle as shown in the screenshot below.

In the layers panel, change the blending mode for the layer with the drawn rectangle to Soft light (Soft Light), and also reduce Opacity (Opacity) layer up to 50%.

Step 5

Choose a tool Rounded Rectangle (RoundedRectangleTool). Draw three vector shapes 17 x 12 px with Radius (Radius) 1 px. Arrange the drawn shapes as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 6

Next, go to the bookmark Symbol (character), for this we choose Window – Symbol (Window> Character). Install the Consolas Bold font.

Set the font color #FFFFFF, font size 11 px. Add text as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 7

Choose a tool Pen (Pen Tool), draw a small triangle. Position the triangle as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 8

Set the foreground color to # 03467E. Choose a tool Rectangle (Rectangle Tool).

Step 10

Go to the bookmark again Symbol (character). Set the font size to 10 px, and then add the text as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 11

Change the foreground color to #FFFFFF. Choose a tool Ellipse (Ellipse Tool).

Draw a circle of 8 x 8 px, and then draw a second circle of 4 x 4 px. Make sure that both vector shapes are arranged as shown in the first two screenshots below.

In the layers panel, select both layers with vector shapes, and then go Combine shapes (Merge Shapes).

Now select the tool Outline selection (Path Selection Tool), click on the contour of the inner small circle (4 x4 px) and select the mode in the top control panel Subtract front figure (Subtract Front Shape). The result should be as in the screenshot below.

Step 12

Choose a tool Line (Line Tool), in the control panel of this tool, set Thickness (Weight) lines by 2 px. Draw a line as shown in the first screenshot below.

Now select the layer with the drawn line and the layer with the vector shape that we drew in the previous step, and then go Combine shapes (Merge Shapes).

While on a layer with a new merged shape, position the shape as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 13

Choose a tool Rectangle (Rectangle Tool), draw a vector shape with the following dimensions 1 x 181 px. Position the shape approximately as shown in the first screenshot below.

Duplicate (Ctrl + J) the drawn shape 64 times. The distance between the lines should be 5 px, as shown in the last screenshot below.

Step 14

Using the same tool, draw a vector shape with the following dimensions 385 x 1 px. Position the shape approximately as shown in the first screenshot below.

Duplicate (Ctrl + J) the drawn shape 30 times. The distance between the lines should be 5 px, as shown in the second screenshot below.

Select all the layers with lines that you drew in this step, including the layers with lines that you drew in the previous step, and then go Combine shapes (Merge Shapes).

While on a layer with a new, merged vector shape, change the blending mode to Overlap (Overlay) and also reduce Opacity (Opacity) up to 10%.

Step 15

Change the foreground color to # F1FAFE. Make sure tool Rectangle The (Rectangle Tool) was still active. Now draw two types of rectangles (horizontal 5 x 1 px and vertical 1 x 5 px). Arrange them as shown in the first screenshot below.

Select the layers you created in this step, and then go Combine shapes (Merge Shapes). While on a layer with a new vector shape, change the blending mode to Overlap (Overlay) and also reduce Opacity (Opacity) up to 50%.

Step 16

Go to bookmark Symbol (character), set the Consolas Bold font, font color #FFFFFF, font size 14 px. Add text as a title.

Using the same font, reduce the font size to 11 px, add numbers and months.

Step 17

Choose a tool Pen (Pen Tool), in the control panel of this tool, set the mode to Contours (Path).

Draw the next contour line.

Step 18

Choose a tool Brush (Brush Tool), set a hard round brush, the size (Size) brush 5 px, Rigidity (Hardness) brush 100%.
