In this tutorial, webmasters will demonstrate the original way of creating navigation for a site.
Create a new document, fill the background with a bright color, then using a polygonal lasso 
Create a similar selection and fill it with white on the new layer:

Create a new layer and draw another shape, just a slightly different shape. To make such a white shadow, as in the figure below, simply duplicate the shape, change its color to white, reduce the transparency and slightly rotate using Ctrl + T (free transformation).
After framing the buttons will be ready, you can write text.
