Step 8. Hide the original layer. To create a brush, we use again Levels and tool Dodge / Burn Tools (Brightener / Dimmer).

Step 9. We went the right way, choosing the above tools for work. All we want to do is make the white part really white and the black part black. Continue doing this until you get the result as shown in the image below.

Step 10. Now click Shift + Ctrl + D. Invert (Ctrl + I) a layer and create a new brush. See the picture below.

Step 27. Create an inscription on a new layer.

Step 28. Next we will add random brush strokes on the layer and a dark spot under it. See the drawing.

Step 29. Finish all this with a brush of grass, which was used earlier. Keep in mind that the inscription should be made depending on the slope of the fur.

Step 30. Do not overdo it with the previous step, since the inscription should be readable.

Step 31. Do you want to continue more? Good. Stayed last step. Create a blurred effect of the original image with fur using Filter> Noise> Median (Filter – Noise – Median), set the radius as shown below. Thus, the fur hair will not be visible, but the picture will still be viewed.
