Making navigation for a site in Photoshop

In the process of studying this lesson you will learn how to create a stylish menu for the site.

Create a new document and fill it with gray. Create a new layer, use Rounded rectangle tool (Rounded rectangle) and fill it with this # 313131 color.

Change the style of this layer:
Shadow

Inner shadow

Gradient overlay

Result of this step

Create a new layer using the same tool. Rounded rectangle tool (Rectangle with rounded edges) make a selection inside the first rectangle and fill it with color # 313131

The layer style also needs to be changed.

The result of this step:

Create a new layer and using Rectangular marquee tool (Rectangular area) make a selection for the button and fill it # 262626

Change layer style:

Create a new layer using the tool again. Rectangular marquee tool (Rectangular area) make the selection half the button, fill it with white and change Opacity (Opacity) at 10%

The result of this step:

Create a new layer. Make a selection below the button and fill it with Radial gradient . From the center, go black to white, change the opacity to 30%

The result of this step:

Continue making selections:

Click CTRL+J, to duplicate the layer and we get:

Continue pressing Ctrl + J to duplicate the layer, then move it above, as shown in the image below.

Finally, merge all layers with this “glowing” line. Multiply the buttons and this line and collect the menu. Here is the final result of the author:
