This Photoshop tutorial will show you how to design a website or portfolio.
Step 1. Create a new document (CTRL + N) 1680 pixels x 1050 pixels
Create a background, the background will be two layers.
Create a new layer. (ALT + SHIFT + CTRL + N), fill with white color, fill (Fill) for 0% layer, apply layer style Overlapping pattern\Overlay Pattern.
For a pattern we open the new document in the size 20 x 2, transparent background, increase to 1600% and choose the tool “Pencil” (Pencil Tool), color black, create a new layer and draw a pattern as shown below.
go to the menu Editing \ Define pattern (Edit \ Define pattern), give your pattern a name and save
Step 2. Create a new layer, fill with white, fill (Fill) for 0% layer, apply layer styles: Overlapping pattern\Overlay Pattern.
Gradient overlay\GradientOverlay.
Layer with background put in group CTRL + G (pre-layers need to be selected)
Step 3. Draw a notebook. Create a new layer, name it “notepad”, with the tool “Rectangle” 
(Rectangle tool) in shape mode, draw a rectangle, rasterize the layer. Create a square selection using any convenient tool, as shown below (for convenience, turn on the grid View \ Show \ Grid)
Apply layer styles: Shadow\Drop shadow
Overlapping pattern\Overlay pattern
Step 4. Create a shadow. Duplicate the notepad layer (Ctrl + J), name the “shadow”, on the layers palette, place a notepad under the layer (CTRL + [), load the selection of the “shadow” layer and fill it with black color, apply the deformation – in the menu Editing \ Transforming \ Warp (Edit \ Transform \ Warp), Inflate – inflated.
Change the blending mode (blending mode) for the layer to “multiplication“(Multiply), opacity (Opacity) 70% Apply Filter \ Blur \ Gauss Blur (Filter \ Blur \ Gaussian Blur) radius 25-35, select Filter \ Noise \ Add noise (Filter \ Noise \ Add Noise) amount 12.5%, uniform (Uniform), monochrome (Monochromatic).
Step 5. Tool “Rectangle” (Rectangle Tool) in the shape mode, draw a rectangle on the new layer, name it “tube”, put it on the layers palette under the “notepad” layer, apply the layer style Gradient overlay\GradientOverlay: style mirror (Reflected).
Step 6. Create bookmarks. Tool “Pen” 
(Pen Tool) in the contour mode, draw a shape as shown below, fill it with white.
Apply Warp.
Apply layer styles Shadow\Drop Shadow.
Gradient overlay \GradientOverlay.
Step 7. Load the selection layer “notepad” (CTRL+click on the layer thumbnail), create a new layer, name it “texture” and apply Filter \ Rendering \ Clouds (Filter \ Render \ Clouds).
Step 8. Apply Filter \ Texture \ Craquelure (Filter \ Texture \Graquelure).
Change the blending mode to “Overlap “(Overlay).
Step 9. Make active the layer “notepad, load the selection of this layer with the tool“Rounded Rectangle” 
(Rounded Rectangle Tool) in contour mode, rounding radius 15 px, draw a rectangle (to make round bottom corners), click RMB and select “create a selected area”, press Delete (you will get rounded corners), deselect it. Duplicate the notepad layer (Ctrl+J), tool “Pen” (Pen Tool) in the contour mode, draw a shape as shown below, right-click and select “create a selected area”, invert the selection, click Delete, deselect.
Transform notepad pages as shown below.
Step 10. Open the image, the author used the image with water lilies. Transfer to our document, name the layer “lily”, duplicate (Ctrl + J), turn off lily layer visibility, apply to copy Image \ Correction \ Channel Mixing (Image \ Adjustments \ Channel Mixer), check the box “monochrome” (Monochrome). Further Image \ Correction\Automatic tone correction (Image> Adjustments> Auto Levels) (Shift+Ctrl+L). Go to the menu Filter \ Stylization \ Edge Glow (Filter \ Stylize \ Glowing Edges) edge width 1; brightness edges 4; mitigation 2. Now Image \ Correction \ Invert (Image \ Adjustments \ Invert) (Ctrl+I). Change the blending mode for the layer to “multiplication“(Multiply) and opacity (Opacity) 80%
Step 11. Apply to lily layer (turn on layer visibility) Filter \ Imitation \ Watercolor (Filter \ Artistic \ Watercolor), install opacity (Opacity) for a layer 65%, smooth the edges (add a layer mask and use a large soft brush to move around the edges of the image).
Step 12. Load the selection layer “lily”, create a new layer, name it “gradient”, fill with white, fill 0%, apply the layer style “Overlay gradient” (linear, from white to transparent, inversion, angle 132).
Step 13. Load the selection of the lily layer, select the texture layer, copy the selection (Ctrl+C), create a new layer under the “lily (copy)” layer and paste Ctrl+V, change the blending mode to “overlap“And opacitys 26%
Step 14. Apply a lily style to the layer. Stroke \Stroke.
Step 15. Make the gradient layer active and cut the corner as shown below. Under this layer, create a new layer and draw a shadow with a soft black brush.
Step 16. Create a new layer using the “Pen” draw a corner as shown below, right-click and select “create a selected area”, fill it with white, fill 0%, fill the selection with a mirror gradient, draw a shadow.
Step 17. Create a selection as shown below and on the new layer fill it with any color, fill 0%, apply the layer style “Gradient overlay.
Step 18. Tool “Text” 
(Type Tool) font “Pristina»Create labels, add noise Filter \ Noise \ Add noise.
Step 19. Create a new layer and select the “Arbitrary figure ” 
(Custom Shape Tool) in shape mode using Ornament shape 1.
Step 20. Create a new layer using the tool. “Rectangle” (Rectangle tool) in the contour mode, draw a rectangle, form a selected area, fill it with any color, fill 0% and apply the style Stroke\ Stroke.
