Add motion using Photoshop

Let’s get started. I used a photo with an eagle, but you can work with any other.

Filter – Blur – Motion Blur. To apply blur to the entire image, I used the setting offset-50 and angle-0 to create a horizontal motion effect.

The result is a completely blurry image. Do not worry, I’m going to show you how to cancel those parts of the image that you choose.

In the toolbar, select the Archive Brush.

Using a soft brush, we begin to paint on the eagle and you will notice that the non-blurred version of the bird will be restored.

Now you have a photo of an eagle with a fast motion effect.
