In this Photoshop tutorial, I will show you how to give any image a well-known puzzle texture.
Open the photo you want to turn into a puzzle.
Next, go to the menu Filter> Texture> Textureizer … (Filter – Texture – Texturizer …)
Set the look of the texture – Mosaic or Puzzle
If you do not have this kind of texture by default, then follow the arrow that is circled in red, along this path C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop CS2 \ Presets \ Textures \ (although you may be different) and set this texture.
Then play with the settings of the scale and terrain.

You can add another chip like this:
Cut one puzzle and place it next to the picture. It turns out the effect of incompleteness.
