We offer you a fun Photoshop lesson called “Cauliflower blast”
Most likely, it did not occur to you that the cauliflower resembles clouds of smoke, and that it can be used not only for cooking, but also in Photoshop to create a realistic image?
To start the lesson you will need natural cauliflower. Put it near the desktop – let it inspire you!
In fact, you only need her image, as well as a picture with a beautiful sunset. You can open your favorite Google or Yandex and conduct search work there.
When two images are found, you should fit each other in size (see below).
Place the image of cauliflower over sunset.
Now you need to free the cauliflower from the native background. To do this, you can use the Magic Wand tool.
And in order to remove the green leaves from the cabbage, take the Eraser with a small soft brush.
Refer to the menu Image – Adjustments – Hue / Saturation and set the following settings.
We hope that you did the same thing.
Now duplicate the cauliflower layer and change the blending mode of the layers (Blending Mode) to “Color burn“
Duplicate the cauliflower layer again and change the layer blending mode to “Color dodge“and reduce the color density – Fill before 50%.
And here is the final straight!
To reach the final, you should follow these steps:
1. Drain all cauliflower layers.
2. Add some blurring (Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur)
3. Take the tool and smearing the bottom of the cabbage draw a column of smoke.
4. Then on a new layer with a brush and bright yellow and red shades, draw light spots behind the cauliflower and under it.
The brush should be soft, transparency 50%.
Big and formidable BOOM is ready!
