So let’s get started!

Step 1

Create a new document. (Ctrl +N) with sizes 2000x2000 px, by permission 240px and transparent background. Then create a new layer. Shift +Ctrl +N and call him moon. Next, with the tool Paint Bucket Tool (Fill) (G) either using the key combination Alt +Backspace fill it with black.

Step 2

Create a new layer. (Shift +Ctrl +N) and name it grass.

From the name of the layer it becomes clear that we will draw grass, only it will not be green, but black. Use a standard brush. №134.

Author’s Note: in order to get the standard brushes, just click the settings icon and select Reset Brushes (Reload Brushes).

We need to make settings for this brush. For this, you need to go Window – Brush (Window – Brush) (F5) and just remove the check mark next to Color. Leave the rest of the default settings. Now just draw a straight line of grass with the help of the sandwiched key. Shift and arrange as in the screenshot:

Next, with the tool Rectangular Marquee Tool (Rectangular selection) (M) select the area under the grass and fill it with black color, as in the screenshot:

Step 3

Now, let’s create a new layer (Shift +Ctrl +N) and call him tree. Add a tree to our document. To do this, you can use the brushes that are attached to the lesson in the original images. How to add a new brush correctly is written here: https:// However, if you have a version Adobe Photoshop CC, adding a tree will be much easier. Go to Filter – Render – Tree (Filter – Drawing – Tree) and apply the same settings as in the screenshot:

Let’s make the tree black. For this we go Image – Adjustments – Hue /Saturation (Image – Correction – Hue / Saturation) (Ctrl +U) and just move L sliderightness (brightness) up to value -100. With the tool Free Transform (Free Transform) Reduce the image to make it as in the screenshot.

Step 4

Let’s add two kissing models to our document. Pre-separate them from the background. For this, let’s use the tool Magic Wand Tool (Magic wand) (W) and apply the same settings for it as in the screenshot:

For the subsequent correction of the selection, use the tool Quick Selection Tool (Quick selection) (W) and add to the total allocation of missing areas or remove unnecessary.

Transfer the image with the models to our document and immediately transfer the layer to the mode Smart Object (right click on the layer – Convert to Smart Object (Translate to Smart Object)). With the tool Free Transform (Free Transform) (Ctrl +T) reduce the image with the key held down Shift and arrange as in the screenshot:

Now we will make the models suitable for the whole picture, i.e. black. You can use an adjustment layer. Hue /Saturation (Hue / Saturation), but the author offers an alternative in order not to clutter up the layers palette. Let’s just adjust the image by going to Image – Adjustments – Hue /Saturation (Hue / Saturation) (Ctrl +U) and move the slider Lightness up to value – 100.

Step 5

It’s time to use the filter. Pixelsquid. Translator’s note: how to handle and install this filter is described in detail in this lesson in step 17, only instead of marine life, we will insert a car into the image. Double-clicking on the car, it is recommended to put High resolution and turn off the shadows.

With the tool Free Transform (Free Transform) (Ctrl +T) Let’s reduce the image and arrange it as in the screenshot:

Let’s go back to Image – Adjustments – Hue /Saturation (Hue / Saturation) (Ctrl +U) and again move the slider Lightness up to value – 100.

That’s all! The lesson was very simple and I hope that you have spent time with benefits. Successes!
