Open a new document of the sizes you need. Create a new layer and fill it with a beautiful emerald gradient.
Double click on a layer to bring up a window with layer styles. Look below and apply the style. Overlapping pattern:
We place our model on the working paper.
Blend mode is changed to glow.
And again double click on the layer to bring up the window with layer styles. Apply style External glow with settings as below:

Duplicate the Ctrl + J layer. Change layer mode to soft light.
Press Q to bring up the quick mask. In the filter menu, select Rendering – Fibers (Render – Fibers), set the following values.
Press Q to exit the quick mask, a selection will appear:
Create a new layer and fill it with black.
Change blending mode to Overlap, opacity set to 70%.
Create a circle using the ellipse tool .
Double click on a layer to bring up a window with layer styles. Set the following values:
External glow (Outer Glow):
Duplicate it and scatter over the picture as you like. That’s all.
