Material for work:
Step 1. Create a new document.
First of all, open a new document in Photoshop with dimensions: 1019? 1219 px.
Step 2. Open the image with vegetation.
Now import the image “Vegetation1? , which we will use as a background. Resize and place on top of your work.
Step 3. Reduce saturation.
Go to Image> Adjustments> Hue / Saturation (Image> Correction> Hue / Saturation), reduce the saturation and add some brightness.
Step 4. Finish the work with the background.
Fill the background with black and carefully erase the bottom of the image that you added so that it is mixed with black.
Step 5. Add the main character.
Import the second image “Female ” , resize and center in the image as below. Change layer name to angel.
Step 6. Isolation of the model.
Using the Pen 
Pen Tool (P) You need to select a girl and erase the background on her image.
Step 7. Color correction.
Go back to Image> Adjustments> Hue /Saturation (Picture>Correction>Hue / Saturation) and subtract yellow. Then take the Dimmer 
Burn Tool (O) and try to make the girl’s dress a little darker, approximately as in the image below.
Step 8. Add details to the background.
Copy and paste the following image. Vegetation2 and place it below the layer angel.
Step 9. Erase the trees on top of the image. Be sure to use a soft brush for this. You must have only the earth. Then change the hue / saturation Hue /Saturation and color balance Color Balance at Image> Adjustments (Image> Correction).
Step 10. Create an angel.
Import an image that has wings. Select the contour with Pen. Pen Tool (P) and get rid of the black part of the image. Then use Dimmer Burn Tool (O) in the specified area.
Step 11. Add wings to the color.
Go to Image> Adjustments> Color Balance (Image> Correction> Color Balance) and set the following indicators. Then you can work on the contrast Image> Adjustments> Brightness / Contrast (Image> Correction> Brightness / Contrast).
Step 12. Create a star.
Draw a circle with the Oval Area tool.
Ellipse Tool (U). Then apply the filter Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur), set a radius of 4%.
Step 13. You should now blur the circle, starting outside and toward the center. To do this, right-click on the white sphere layer and go to the Blending options and use Outer Glow (External glow), as below.
Step 14. Light should fall on the face. Therefore, you should draw and dissolve the white spot on the face and hair, then set the mode Overlay (Overlap).
Step 15. Create rays of light.
Draw a few lines like below, and then select a circle with Elliptical Marquee Tool 
((M) Oval area).
Step 16. Filter> Blur> Radial Blur (Filter> Blur> Radial Blur), set to 15.
Step 17. Add Fog
Create a new layer and fill it with black. Then go to Filter> Render> Clouds (Filter> Rendering> Clouds). As for colors, set the following: #bfb499 and # 000000.
Step 18. Change the mode to Screen and opacity 75%.
Step 19. Now create a new layer and move it below the cloud layer, we will add some shadow on it. Using a black brush, hide the legs and the hem of the dress
Step 20. At this stage we have to create more fog at the feet of the girl. Make a selection using Elliptical Marquee Tool ((M) Oval selection). Further Filter> Render> Clouds (Filter> Rendering> Clouds). Use the same colors as before.
Step 21. Light for the girl.
To create a glow behind the girl, create a new layer below the angel and paint it with color. #dbbe79. Set the layer to Screen (Lightening) at the end.
Step 22. Rays of light.
Create a new layer, then create several straight lines using Line tool 
((U) Line) wide 2px and color #dbbe79.
Step 23 Go to Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur) and then Filter> Blur> Motion Blur (Filter> Blur> Motion Blur). Should get the following.
Step 24. Add the last beam of light.
This is the last stage. Select all layers (Ctrl + A) and copy merged into one layer (Shift + Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + P). Then Filter> Render> Lens Flare (Filter> Rendering> Blick). Using Eraser tool 
((E) Eraser) set the opacity to 70%, you need to erase the bottom of the highlight.
