In this Photoshop tutorial we will create a newspaper photo effect.
Create a new document and fill it with a light gray color, I used #dddddd.
We go to Filter> Noise> Add Noise with the following settings:
Here is what we got:
Next, insert the photo that we want to turn into a newspaper.
Turn to the menu again Image> Adjustments> Desaturate and reduce the value of the parameter Fill, located in the palette Layers, before 58%.
Right-click on the photo layer and select the item Blending options, Next, select the parameter Stroke with the following settings:
And we get something like this:
Choosing a tool Line tool, and draw two vertical lines wide in 2px and color # a5a5a5.
Using text tool
write title, color # 595959, font Times new roman.
And in the end we have to write the main text, for it, select the font to your taste of small size.
