Night lighting

In this Photoshop tutorial, you will learn how to give your photos a night lighting effect, as well as learn about the Lighting Effects filter.

1. Open your image.

2. Now click Ctrl + U to bring up the Color / Saturation window (hue / Saturation) and reduce the saturation (saturation) to 0

3. Next, go to the menu Filter> Render> Lighting Effects (Filter – Rendering – Lighting Effects) with these settings:

Style: blue omnidirectional
source: light bulb

Here you can set the color of the lighting as desired.
Increase or decrease the glow circle itself, etc.

This is what can happen as a result!
