Photoshop effect – Move in time

In this simple Photoshop tutorial, you will learn how to give an object in the photo just a crazy effect. It can be described as a shift in time, a vivid accentuation of attention, a distortion in space, etc.

This effect is often used by professional advertisers.

Select the appropriate image. Best of all, this effect looks on objects that are in motion in the photo.

For example, as here – the basketball player is hovering in the air at the moment of the throw.

Duplicate photo: Layer – duplicate layer (layer – duplicate layer)

With the top layer active, go to the menu Filter-> Blur-Radial Blur (Filter – Blur – Radial Blur)

Amount (degree): 100 You can configure this parameter yourself.
Method: Zoom (Linear)
Quality: Good (Good or best)

This is what you should get:

Reduce the opacity of the top layer to 50% , so you can see the bottom image.

Take the tool eraser (eraser), set the middle soft brush. And start to process the object itself with an eraser, erasing the top layer.

Bring the opacity of the layer back to 100% and you will see this effect.

Go to menu Image-> adjustments-> levels (Image – Correction – Levels) and edit the color contrast.

Here is the result!
