In this Photoshop tutorial we will learn to add fluffy fog to a photo.
This is a very simple way.
Open the photo where you want to add a light cloud.
Create a new layer (press simultaneously Ctrl + Shift + Alt + N)
Choose a large soft brush.
Set the following brush options in its settings bar.
Set the base color to light gray and start painting with a brush.
You will notice that the brush draws with small dots.
Now go to menu Filter> Blur> Gausian Blur (Blur on gaus) and set the blur radius on 7.
