Materials for the lesson:

Step 1. Create a new document sized 600×380 pixels. Tool Fill (Paint Bucket Tool) (G) fill the background layer with any color. Double click on this layer to unlock it. After that, double click on it again to open the styles window. Apply Gradient overlay (Gradient Overlay).

Result:

Step 2. Create adjustment layer Hue / Saturation (Hue / Saturation). Click on the black and white circle icon at the bottom of the layers palette to get a list of adjustment layers. Set it up like this:
Tone (Hue): -7
Saturation(Saturation): -15
Brightness (Lightness): -6

Choose a tool Gradient (Gradient Tool) (G): Style (Style) – Radial (Radial), From Basic to Transparent (Foreground to Transparent). Primary color is black. Fill the mask of the adjustment layer from the center, as shown below.

Install Blend mode (Blending Mode) of the adjustment layer on Multiply and Fill by 50%.

Step 3. Name the first layer “Background”. You should have two layers: “Background” and Hue / Saturation.
Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) on top of two layers and name it “Bottom Light”. Set the foreground color to # e3b042 and select the tool Gradient (Gradient Tool) (G) (the parameters are the same). Make a fill as shown below.

Lower the Opacity of the layer to 70% and Fill to 55%.

Step 4. Set the fill color to # fdd135. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) above “Bottom Light” and name it “Top Light 1”. Make a gradient fill at the top of the canvas. Lower Opacity to 70%.

Step 5. Create a new layer on top of the others and name it “Top Light 2”. Set the fill color to #fefbcd. Make a fill at the top of the canvas. But this time it should be more.

Step 6. Set the fill color to # fdfbf2. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) and name it “Top Light Source”. Make a short gradient fill at the top of the canvas. The source of color will be in the center above.

Step 7. Select all the layers and place them in a group (Ctrl + G). Name the group “Background”. Download the Copasetic font. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) and set the fill color to # d4ad74. Tool Horizontal text (Horizontal Type Tool) (T) write something. Download the pattern and import it into Photoshop. Double-click on the text layer and apply these styles:

Inner shadow:

Internal glow:

Stamping:

Step 8. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) under the text layer and name it Text Gold Border. Make a copy of the text layer and create another layer above the text copy. Select these two layers. By holding Ctrl you can select multiple layers in the layers palette.

Press Ctrl + E to merge them into one. This way you get rid of layer styles, but save them pixels. Apply filter Sharpness (Filter> Sharpen> Sharpness) (Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen). Lower the Opacity of the layer to 60%.

Step 9. Select the text layer with the sharpness filter and the original text layer and press Ctrl + E. Name the resulting layer Final Text Layer.
Choose a tool Clarifier (Dodge Tool) (O) with soft edges of 60 pixels. Range (Range) – Light (Highlights) and Exposure (Exposure) – 10%. Draw some areas on the text according to the light source.
Choose a tool Dimmer (Burn Tool) (O): Range (Range) – Shadows (Shadows) and Exposure (Exposure) – 10%. Outline the shadow sections of the text.

Step 10. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) and place it under the Final Text Layer layer. Name the new layer “Gold Border”. Set the fill color to # d4ad74 and make a selection of the Final Text Layer layer (hold down Ctrl and click on the layer icon).

Go to menu Editing> Stroke (Edit> Stroke): Position (Position) – Outside (Outside), Width (Width) – 5 pixels. Double click on the layer and apply these styles:

Stamping:

Gradient overlay:

Result:

Step 11. Select the Final Text Layer layer again. Then, holding Shift + Ctrl, click on the thumbnail of the layer with a stroke. The result is a selection of both layers.

Step 12. Create an adjustment layer Brightness / Contrast (Brightness / Contrast):
Brightness (Brightness): +15
Contrast (Contrast): +5

Select the Final Text Layer, Gold Border and the Brightness / Contrast adjustment layer in the layers palette.

Step 13. Press Ctrl + E to merge three layers into one. Activate the tool Free transform (Ctrl + T), right-click on the canvas and select the item Flip Vertically (Flip Vertical). Name the layer “Text Reflection” and place it below the text on the canvas.

Step 14. Tool Free transform (Ctrl + T) squeeze layer Text Reflection vertically.

Apply filter Sharpness (Filter> Sharpen> Sharpness) (Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen). Lower the Opacity of the layer to 45% and apply a layer mask (click on the mask icon at the bottom of the layers palette). Choose a tool Gradient (Gradient Tool): Style (Style) – Linear (Linear), From basic to transparent (Foreground to Transparent). Fill color is black. Fill the layer mask upwards to get such a reflection.

Step 15. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N), select sparks brush and color # ffffd2 draw the lights on the text. Name the layer “Sparkles” and apply the Outer Glow style.

Step 16. Create adjustment layer Hue / Saturation (Hue / Saturation) on top of the rest:
Tone (Hue): 0
Saturation (Saturation): +10
Brightness (Lightness): 0

Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) and name it Bokeh 1. Select any brush bokeh and paint the background with # fcf9ea. Set Blending Mode to Lightening basics (Color Dodge) and Fill (30%).
Set the fill color to # e1af7d, create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) and draw another “bokeh” effect (especially in the shadow areas). Use the same blend mode as for the first layer, and Fill – 50%. Name the layer “Bokeh 2”.

Step 17. Download an image of diamonds. I advise you to use diamonds with light pink tones. Cut the desired diamond into the main document and name the layer with it “Diamond”. Make 6-7 copies. Change the size and slope of each. Some rotate horizontally. You should have this image:

Step 18. Choose a tool Sharpness (Sharpen Tool) (O) with soft edges of 60 pixels. Mode (Mode) – Normal (Normal), Intensity (Strength) – 25%. Draw a little diamonds. Then select the tool Blur (Blur Tool) size of 100 pixels with an intensity of 30%. Outline the bottom diamond as it is too close. Do the same with distant diamonds.
Now make a copy of each diamond that touches the surface and the tool. Free transform (Ctrl + T) flip them vertically. Place copies under the original layers to get a reflection.

Step 19. Add a layer mask to the copy and select the tool. Gradient (Gradient Tool) (G): Style (Style) – Linear (Linear), From basic to transparent (Foreground to Transparent). Fill color is black. Make a fill of the reflection on the mask from the bottom up, as shown below. After that, lower the Opacity of the layer to 75%.

Step 20. Merge all the layers of diamonds into one (but not reflections) (Ctrl + E). Make a copy of the resulting layer and name it “Diamonds-motion blur”. Apply filter Motion blur (Filter> Blur> Blur in motion) (Filter> Blur> Motion Blur): Angle (Angle) – 90, Offset (Distance) – 40. Raise the blurred layer a little, so that the blur can be seen only over diamonds. Place the blur layer under the original diamond layer in the layers palette.

Lower the Fill layer to 25% and set the Blending Mode to Linear Dodge (Linear Dodge). Draw shines on some diamonds in the same way as on the text.
