Lesson resources:

Step 1

Create a new document in Photoshop (Ctrl + N) with the following parameters:

Step 2

Choose a tool Gradient ( Gradient Tool) (G): # 591d00 – # 2d0e00, radial. Draw a gradient from the center of the canvas to one of the corners:

Step 3

Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + Alt + N), select the tool Brush The (Brush Tool) (B) is 1242 pixels and draw a large spot in the center of the canvas with the color # fea800.

Step 4

Set the layer blend mode with a large spot to Lightening (Screen) and reduce the opacity to 20%.

Step 5

Insert the texture “Bokeh” in our document through the menu File > Post (File> Place).

Step 6

Add a mask to the Bokeh layer. Hold Alt, click on her thumbnail so that it appears on the canvas. Choose a tool Gradient ( Gradient Tool) (G) and fill the mask as shown below.

Step 7

Set the layer blending mode with Bokeh to Linearclarifier (Linear Dodge).

Step 8

Create a correction layer for the bokeh effect Colortone/Saturation (Hue / Saturation):

Step 9

Right-click on the adjustment layer and select Create clipping mask (Create Clipping Mask).

Step 10

Create a new layer and fill the bottom of the canvas with the color # 612200 using the gradient tool.

Step 11

Set the blending mode of this fill to Softshine (Soft Light) and reduce the opacity to 45%.

Step 12

Choose a tool Horizontaltext (Horizontal Type Tool) (T), install the font “VAL” and give it a size of 250pt. Write “ICE CREAM” in color # 5b1e00.

Step 13

Double-click on the text layer to open the styles window. Apply the following styles:

Internalshadow (Inner Shadow): Mode – Multiplication, Color – # 000000.

Internalglow (Outer Glow): Mode – Brightening, Color – # 612200.

Stamping (Bevel Emboss): Style – Inner bevel, Method – Smooth, Backlight Mode – Lightening, Color – # fb9838, Shadow Mode – Multiplication, Color – # 2b0c03.

Step 14

Add a mask to the text layer. Select a hard brush with a size of 24 pixels and erase some parts of the letters to show that they have been bitten off.

Step 15

Create a new layer and tool gradient fill the top of the canvas with the color # f8941d.

Step 16

Create clippingmask (Ctrl + Alt + G).

Step 17

Set the blending mode Replacementbright (Lighten) and reduce the opacity to 32%.

Step 18

Create a copy of the text layer (Ctrl + J) and drop it under the original. Paint over the copy mask as shown below.

Step 19

Paste the texture for the ice cream in our document and place it between the two text layers.

Step 20

Create clippingmask (Ctrl + Alt + G).

Step 21

Select the layers shown in the screenshot. Make copies of them and convert them into a smart object. Right-click on one of the selected copies and select Transformatsmartan object (Convert to Smart Object).

Step 22

Activate mode Free transform (Ctrl + T), right-click and select Flipbyvertical (Flip Vertical). Then right-click on the canvas again and select the mode. Perspective (Perspective). Change the perspective of the reflection.

Step 23

Place the reflection under the text layers and add a mask. Fill it with a gradient as shown below.

Step 24

Create a new layer above the reflection and use a soft gray brush to draw a shadow under the letters.

Step 25

Set the blending mode of the layer with shadows from letters to Multiplication (Multiply) and reduce the opacity to 40%.

Step 26

Create a new layer and copy the styles onto it from the first text layer. Small brush broken pieces of chocolate.

Step 27

Transform some pieces of chocolate into a smart object. Apply a filter to them. Radial blur (Filter> Blur> Radial Blur) (Filter> Blur> Radial Blur).

Step 28

Create a new layer and repeat step 26.

Step 29

Convert the layer to a smart object and apply a filter to it. Gaussian blur (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur) (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur).

Step 30

With the help of a mask, I decided to remove a few pieces of chocolate, as they turned out too much.

Step 31

Create a copy of the chocolate layer to which the Radial Blur filter has been applied. Remove the filter and change the layer as shown below.

Step 32

Apply a filter to this layer in the corner. Gaussian blur (Gaussian Blur).

Step 33

On the new layer is small brush With the color # f7941d draw small drops.

Step 34

Apply style to this layer. Stamping (Bevel Emboss):

AND Circuit (Contour):

Step 35

On a new layer with a larger brush, draw more drops. Apply the styles from the previous step to this layer.

Step 36

Convert all the drops into a smart object and apply a filter to it. Gaussian blur (Gaussian Blur).

Step 37

Next, apply the filter Radial blur (Radial Blur).

Step 38

Create a new layer and a big soft brush color # e58a1d draw a few spots. Then choose a yellow color and draw smaller spots on top of the first.

Step 39

Set the blending mode to Replacementbright (Lighten) and reduce the opacity to 12%.

Step 40

Create an adjustment layer Brightness/Contrast (Brightness / Contrast):

Step 41

Create a new layer and fill it with a radial gradient:

Step 42

Set the blending mode to Overlap (Overlay) and reduce the opacity to 14%.
