This Photoshop tutorial will help you draw a gilded bulk text with a sparkling frame.
Start by writing your own text.
Double-click on the text layer in the Layer panel to open the Add Styles window. Apply the following styles with the parameters as in the screenshots:
External glow – color # 4E1F21
Stamping:
Fill color # B24A00
Stroke:
As a result, you will get this type of text:
It is necessary to reduce the selection:
Click Ctrl + click on the window with a text layer to select it.
On the menu Select (Highlight) select commands modify> contract (Modification – Compress). And set the value Contract (Compress) – 2 px.
Create a new layer.

And fill it with any color.
Double-click on the text layer to open the Add Styles window. Apply the following styles:
Inner shadow – color # 5D3100
Internal luminescence:
Stamping:
Fill color # CCAB65
Then the text will be like this:
Select and merge both text layers. Change layer blending mode to “Dissolve” (Dissolution).
Duplicate the layer (Layer – Duplicate the layer) (Layer – Duplicate Layer)
On the menu Filter select Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur).
And apply the following settings:
Change layer blending mode to “Color Dodge” (Lightening the basics).
